I was born in Mexico and migrated to Michigan when I was 10 years old, and I have proudly called Grand Rapids home ever since. I attended Godwin Heights High School and later graduated from Grand Rapids Community College with an associates degree in accounting.
I began pursuing my passion in the insurance industry in 2023. From the very beginning, I discovered how important it is to have an agent who is honest, accessible, and genuinely invested in helping people protect what matters most.
Founding Lexis Insurance Agency was driven by my desire to create an agency built on trust, transparency, and personalized service. Throughout my career, I saw firsthand how many people—especially within underserved and Hispanic communities—often felt overlooked, rushed, or confused when shopping for insurance. I wanted to build an agency where clients feel respected, educated, and supported every step of the way.
With my strong background in customer service, an educational foundation in finance and accounting, licenses across five insurance lines, and bilingual communication skills, I am able to serve a wider range of individuals and families understand their coverage and make confident decisions about their future.
